How do payments work?

In order to secure your desired date, we request an initial downpayment of 25% of the total cost. Following this, you may choose to either pay the full amount upfront or work with us to create a personalized payment plan. This allows you to spread out your payments over three installments leading up to your wedding day. Please note that any outstanding balance must be paid in full before we send your video to you.

Can I pick a copyright song for my music?

Short answer, yes. However, you will not be able to share copyright music on social media. We strongly recommend letting us curate your non-copyright music. Our music does not have vocal tracks, this allows you to hear all of the important dialogue and your vows. Non-copyright music lets us choose something that reflects your personality, style, and the tone of your wedding video, creating a more personalized and unique experience.

How do you record audio?

We will hide a lapel mic under the groom's collar to pick up any audio during the ceremony. We will also mic up the officiant and tap into the venues speaker system if it's available. During the reception we plug into the DJ's sound system to record directly what's going into the microphone. This allows us to capture clean sound of speeches, prayers and other important audio. We also have state-of-the-art shotgun mic's mounted on our cameras, this allows us to pickup and dialogue taking place while you're getting ready.

How many edits do I get?

According to the terms of our contract agreement, you have the freedom to make as many changes as you see fit to your video project. Nonetheless, we kindly ask that you provide us with a complete list of all your requested edits within the first three drafts. For instance, upon receiving the initial draft, we would appreciate it if you could send us a comprehensive list of all the modifications you require, rather than just focusing on a single aspect. Furthermore, should you wish to undo any of the changes made during the next round of revisions, we would be happy to accommodate your requests. Our aim is to get your video to you as soon as possible.

How is my footage delivered to me?

We put a copy of your cinematic recap, full length moments and raw footage on a flash drive and mail them to you. We will start this process once your final cinematic recap has been approved.

When does the hourly rate start?

We will work with you to determine when you would like us to begin shooting. We do not count the time it takes for us to drive to your venue or setup our equipment. Once filming has commenced, the hourly rate will continue to apply, including dinner and the time taken to travel between locations for portraits...etc.
